The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two public hearings on the city's comprehensive land-use plan Monday and Wednesday at the Idaho First Bank Community
Room on East Deinhard Lane in McCall. Hearings both nights will begin at 6 p.m.
The commission will hear testimony regarding the revised comprehensive land-use plan. The plan has been revised over the past 18 months with extensive public involvement. The plan update includes significant revisions to the goals and objectives, chapters and future land-use map.
A draft of the plan is available at the community development department at city hall at 216 E. Park St. The plan is available for review during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The plan is also available online at the city's Web site at www.mccall.id.us.

A joint meeting of the city council and the Valley County Board of Commissioners is set for Dec. 6 to consider the revised plan.
County commissioners must accept any revisions to zoning in the McCall Area of Impact that surrounds the city limits.
The city council would then meet on Dec. 13 to adopt the plan.
