(Following is an update of the 2008 McCall Winter Carnival, to be held Jan. 25 to Feb. 3, 2008).
The 2008 McCall Winter Carnival offers businesses a variety of ways to benefit from the event, according to Infuze Marketing, the marketing company hired to organize the event.
"It is our goal to make this the best festival ever so all members of the community benefit from it!
We are excited to help this year's sponsors and local business owners enjoy added exposure and reap benefits that have never before been offered," said Infuze Marketing CEO Stacey Divine.
Options include donating a gift certificate, a simple cash donation or choosing to sponsor a specific event which would give advertising exposure to a captive audience.
Among the new events added to this year's carnival are enhanced musical entertainment, a Snowmobile Extreme Rider Event, Matchstick Productions, a Fashion ShowLuncheon, Comedy Night and Wine & Art Festival.
Benefits for sponsors have also been enhanced through a few new avenues this year including an official event program to be handed out to all visitors, a new Winter Carnival Web site with credit card payment options, an event listings map and increased media exposure.
